| On Tuesday, March 8,
1994, an incredible series of UFO events over the state of Michigan
and Lake Michigan came to the attention of the international news
media. Over 300 witnesses which included police officers,
citizens phoning into 911 emergency dispatch centers, and the
National Weather Service reported a large number of UFO's traveling
over the state of Michigan. This case is one that I predict will go down in the ufo history books as a classic! If it wasn't for investigators like Virginia Tilley and Dave Reinhart researching and documenting the events and interviewing the witnesses it would have been long forgotten. Thanks to the History Channel, "UFO Hunters", it will now be the subject of the TV series as Bill Birnes, the publisher of UFO Magazine, is the star of the new series, UFO Hunters, and Pat Uskert take on this case. Look for it this September 2008! This webpage is devoted to the investigation that took place and the information that was brought to light by investigator David Reinhart and Virginia Tilly. The UFO HUNTERS did not mention anything about the researchers that gave the show the information, copies of the radar sketches to actually make this show possible. David Reinhart and Virginia Tilly have a long history as great researchers and to have no mention of them is very disappointing. Bill step up to the plate and give some credit to these people especially Virginia. Additional information about these sightings would be helpful and I encourage people who would like to contribute reports, please do so at this site. We will not charge for information received, but instead post it for the public to view. |
